Each school receives a comprehensive solar setup including 10 solar panels, 8 dry-cell batteries, an inverter, and all necessary components to ensure reliable electricity. In addition, each school is provided with a fully functional computer lab, equipped with computers and a projector, all powered by the solar system. It targets former nomadic communities who have relocated to coastal towns due to recurring droughts. Participants undergo a six-month training in modern fishery practices. Upon graduation, they are organized into fishing crews under a unified fishery cooperative and supported with fishing boats, gear, and business training.
